HELP PLEASE if you can!

I'm on a quest to find out what the full version of the "Cross my heart, hope to die" rhyme is.
I've looked on Google, of course and the fullest version I can find seems to be "Cross my heart hope to die, stick a needle in my eye"
Which I already know and I'm seeking the second verse.

I've currently got:

Cross my heart, hope to die;
stick a needle in my eye.

I know there is supposed to be another verse following a similar pattern.
Unfortunately, I'm not sure how widespread that verse is.
Whether it's just a New Zealand thing or just one from my generation I don't know.

You want to know why I'm wanting to look for this? It's for a little project of mine. That and my mind latched onto this and won't let go.
