I'm just... whoa at the spoilers listed at Wikipedia for the TW miniseries due this year.
There is also a pretty big spoiler in here...

Ianto has a sister! And Rhys becomes a de facto member of Torchwood! Yay!

Anyway, I only stumbled across these because I was looking for the episode placement of 'Something in the Water' the fourth TW novel. It's not in spoiler territory for my family, so I can assure my dad he can read it. (And maybe I can prod him some more about getting the second season.)

BUT, I also looked at the other books released/due to release. Two of them make me lol.

The first one 'Into the Silence' has Ianto joining a male voice choir. I'm sure there are jokes about Welsh choirs, but I don't know them, it just seems hilarious to me.

The second is one that's already out.
And you just need to read the plot summary to get why I'm cracking up.
Just... whoah. GENDERSWITCH.

Ah, the joys of having an uncommon name.
My name is unlucky enough to have the conception that the owner of it is a snarky bitch. (Something not only thought of by teachers (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-363230/Chav-names-feared-teachers.html) but also in books and I cringe whenever a character follows that stereotype.)

At least my middle name isn't common.
