This little drabble was actually born out of the need of a battle scene in one of my IshiHime fic entries. However, I didn't like the feel of it amongst the rest of the paragraphs; so it was cut out. It did stand well on its own though, so I kept it and fleshed it out and added ~~shit~~loads of weird, abstract formatting.

Author's Notes: I know that usually (or at least in the Shinigami Cups) sneezing in Bleach is used as a "hey, someone is talking about you", kind of like how your ears are supposed to burn.
However, there is another superstition dating from the Plague that if you sneezed particularly strongly that your soul would be expelled from your body. (Previous to that, it was actually good luck to sneeze, as it was believed to dispel evil spirits from your body.) A superstitions website
Kind of obvious, but I wrote this soon after sneezing partiularly violently.
