Notes: Aside from the crappy writing evident of late night 'I need to get this in before midnight' it should be obivous (or not) that the dragon is Tatsuki's spirit thing.
Reasoning being: If Ichigo has an old man wearing BLACK, why not Tatsuki having a dragon?
Also, never fear the Northern Lights reasoning of daemons. ^__^
