I have to have a spiral bookcase staircase tower. As in a tower, with a spiral staircase, that has a bookcase running up along the wall following the staircase. And at the top would be a library, with chaise longues to sit/lounge on and loads of books.

There would also be a kitchen. A pretty mighty one with pretty shiny whiteware and a combo ceramic/gas stove.
Instead of having it open plan though, with an island I want it walled in. WITH GLASS. So it'd be a rectangular box, with one wall having two openings and made of glass. It'd have a bench and possibly the stove on that side, maybe the dishwasher as well. The sink would have to be under a window. And the cupboards will have those cool racks that slide out when you open the door.

I could care less about the dining room, except the table won't have a table cloth on it.

The lounge just needs to have EPIC seating. Like giant beanbags, humongous floor pillows and a futon sofa. A kotatsu will be there, somewhere.

The bathroom would basically be a wet room. i.e. it'd be tiled (in stone dammit) and have the floor tilting to a central drain. This is so you could shampoo your hair Japanese style and save on water. There will be no heated towel rails.
It'd also have those light heaters and have a sculptural sink. A large mirror would be somewhere.

The toilet will be separate from the bathroom. Or possibly there will be a second somewhere else.

There would be a fig, a persimmon and a lemon tree in the garden. Lavender, mint, jasmine and rosemary would be there too. (And a clothes line.)
Possibly chickens would inhabit the garden as well. Just nothing too high maintainence.

Bedroom would have no chests of drawers, just underbed storage, tables and a built in wardrobe. The wardrobe would have all the drawers needed.
There will be soft toys and another sofa to drop clothes on. Possibly a scarf/coat rack. Another book case.
No TV. ~~Just a laptop.~~
Bed will have cool lights above it. And shelves to put stuff on. It'd have pretty sheets and the duvet wouldn't be tucked in.

There would be an art/sewing room as well, if there was room. With everything in neat drawers and cupboards. A table or two and a window. ANOTHER sofa to unpick/doodle/drape fabric on.
This could be replaced with a treehouse, a rather elaborate one, which would be an office/distraction free lounge.

So, bits of what a dream house of mine would look like. I don't actually imagine it as an entire whole, just... rooms, not connected or anything. Just rooms the way I would love them to be. Sofas and all.
