Uh... completely random, but would people appreciate it if I shared the wheat and/or dairy and/or egg free recipes/versions I have of some of these recipes? (I have a really yummy milk-less milk shake recipe involving that seasame cake that I've forgotten the name of.) They're two ice cream recipes (which taste good) and a couple of other recipes which are some variant of free.

I need to make some roulades... they look fun.
