Notes: And yes, I am getting rather weary of interpretting my themes.

 

One two, three, four.
Beat beat beat. Dance dance dance.

Music rang, no, it vibrated across the body filled room. Heavy sound slid around the danceroom, shifting around bodies, stirred up by their gyrating rhythms. Lights flickered and flashed, glistening over sweaty bodies, tracked aimlessly around the room; an ever searching spotlight.
Beats clashed and music met in the centre of the room, indivual beats meeting from the corners. Lights swirled in and met briefly, highlighting one dancer before going and highlighting several more.

A cheer went up as it happened again; the central stage in the dance floor highlighted, only two dancers standing on it this time. They waved to the crowd and the music skipped an important beat, one song playing instead of many. An invisble cue was given, both stopping their waving and facing each other, the beat of the song dictating their movements and actions.
Fast and pumping alternating with long stretches and shimmies, their bodies tangling and twining around the other, arms extended and embracing, manouevering their bodies closer until they were dancing a lone part of a greater dance.

Music grew louder and louder, pumping once again through the crowd, making their blood boil and coil, shaking them into a frenzy as arms tangled and hips swayed.

Everything moved together as one, all curved and tensed, beautiful curving lines flowing everywhere as the dance party raged on and music thumped around bodies, stirred up by their movements and lights aimlessly tracked.
