grassangel Dark Horse, an American publishing company who mostly publishes comics and the occasional translated manga, has confirmed it's going to publish Clover.

Dark Horse isn't a publisher whose publications are distributed massively in New Zealand, except through comic stores, but this means Clover's being republished YAY!
ETA: The Haruhi manga and novels have also been liscensed and due for release NEXT year.
Also, a new animation for Dragon Ball will be released in JUMP related event.
