Colating Bleach/CLAMP crossover ideas
Aug. 3rd, 2008 04:32 amI've decided to not bother with segregating Soul Society and the non-Tokyo CLAMP and just mush them all into one huge orgy/crossover.
So all shinigami are in. I'm not sure how the arrancar will fair. (They'll probably be included too, just I have no idea how.)
Some basic concepts have been altered to fit the shinigami in. Throughout CLAMP there have been people able to see spirits. Therefore all people in Bleach who can/are spirits are lumped in this category. Only the captains will be able to exorcise spirits. (And this will usually be done by talking to them. See Byakuya's plot below.)
Some of the Bleach characters will be in some sort of organisation which keeps track of these people who can see/take care of spirits. (Kakei and Saiga will have links to them, somehow)
The Quincies are like Doumeki and can disipate bad spirits by concentrating energy.
CLAMP powers remain mostly unchanged.
Help needed to get these plots in line and names right. Also, additions welcomed. (Can't remember all of them!)

Clover republication
Apr. 24th, 2008 05:55 pm Dark Horse, an American publishing company who mostly publishes comics and the occasional translated manga, has confirmed it's going to publish Clover.

Dark Horse isn't a publisher whose publications are distributed massively in New Zealand, except through comic stores, but this means Clover's being republished YAY!
ETA: The Haruhi manga and novels have also been liscensed and due for release NEXT year.
Also, a new animation for Dragon Ball will be released in JUMP related event.
Me again. I have been entry happy recently with nothing of much content, haven't I? Must post -final battle- sometime.
And if someone else would like to beta the edited versions of two of my IshiHime fic entries (I don't beta-beta most of my work before posting it here, especially if it's something completed on the fly) and two Clow/Yuuko fics, feel free to ask for my Gmail address. Pure random: In Japan, the Kit Kat is popular as a chocolate bar and comes in 'weird' flavours. I only say 'weird' because I actually would like to try an apple flavoured Kit Kat.
And they apparently also have red bean flavoured ones... which may or may not be available from vending machines. *has a horribly roly-poly Orihime idea in her head*
Also, cross cousins and parallel cousins make my head spin. As does Consanguinity.
