grassangelFirstly, hello to all the people from the HOLiC friending meme. I hope you haven't found me boring so far and you don't mind that I only comment every so often on the entries you post.
Secondly, I think I've decided on what I'm doing for my FINAL ASSESSMENT of my cookery course tomorrow. Raspberry mousse in a chocolate tuile basket garnished with a cornelle of cream and a chocolate runout.
So wish me luck for tomorrow guys, I start early and effectively have three hours to produce a two course meal.
